Buma Contractor - Krakow's largest General Contractor of office investments began operating in 2006 with modernization works in the former buildings of the W.L. Anczyca printing house, where the first modern office complex Buma Square was built in Krakow. From the very beginning, Buma Contractor has specialized in the implementation of investments in the general contracting system. For many years, the scope of our activities has focused on building construction, residential and office buildings. The buildings we build are distinguished by numerous awards and obtained certificates confirming the highest quality and standards. It is worth mentioning that among the recent projects the buildings of the Dot Office complex with the BREEAM Final certificate at the Excellent level, the LEED certificate for the arrangement of office space in the Tertium A building, or the Cu Office office complex in Wrocław awarded in the 24th edition of the 'Beautiful Wrocław' competition in the category of 'Public building'.
What distinguishes us is a well-coordinated and proven team of specialists. As a General Contractor, we focus on people and their continuous development. Our construction sites are appreciated by the National Labor Inspectorate. In 2019, Buma Contractor received three awards in the ‘Build Safely’ competition: The second place for the construction of Tertium Business Park office and service buildings in Krakow, The third place for the construction of the Wadowicka 3 office complex in Krakow, A distinction for the construction of the A2 residential building at 29 Avenue in Krakow
