Conducting formal and legal procedures to obtain a building permit.
We always adjust the preparation of the investment to the implementation individually to the client's needs. As the General Contractor of the investment, we provide Investors with support in obtaining the necessary formal documents allowing for the implementation of the investment. We also guarantee the efficient adaptation of the investment area to the implementation of, among others by carrying out the necessary demolitions or elimination of redundant or relocation of existing infrastructure elements. We provide the development of design documentation necessary to complete the order.
During the investment implementation process, we provide staff with appropriate authorizations and qualifications, as well as resources, equipment and legal services that guarantee professional performance of the subject of the contract. Thanks to many years of activity on the market, we have a database of proven and experienced subcontractors, suppliers of materials and services, ensuring the correct and timely completion of the subject of the contract. Thanks to a stable financial situation, we guarantee timely payment of receivables to subcontractors, without exposing the Ordering Party to liability under the Civil Code.

As part of the contact, we guarantee full support in completing formal and legal procedures in order to obtain a permit to use the facility. If investors need, we also offer full support in conducting trainings and demonstrations of installed systems and devices for facility managers and caretakers. Along with the handover of the facility, we provide our Client with as-built documentation prepared in accordance with the highest standards adopted by Buma Contractor.
